• - Orders placed before 17:00h (CET) are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• - Stock items are shipped as quickly as possible. If a product marked as "in stock" is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or an estimated delivery time.
• - You will receive a Track & Trace code via email once your package has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.

Missed Delivery Policy

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor or take it to a pickup point. You will receive a notification from the carrier.

Return Policy
