CITRAX is well dosed in potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and manganese citrates, which are salts of citric acid. It can be used before, during and after effort. In combination with Etixx Isotonic it can serve as an Oral Rehydration Solution, when practising sports in very warm and humid conditions.
